Privacy Notice

This petition is run by the Justice for Ahmad Yahya Campaign, organized by the Friends and Family of Ahmad Yahya. When you sign, we collect your first and last name and your country. We use this information to record your support, display the total signature count, and, only with your consent, show your name and country publicly. No contact information is collected. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the5msyahya@gmail.com. Signers in the EU have rights under the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. We retain your data for the duration of the campaign and delete it within 6 months after the campaign ends.

What we collect

• Required: first name, last name, and country
• If you leave a message: your name, country, and message text
• Technical: your IP address, stored temporarily for spam prevention only

What is shown publicly

Only your first name, last name, and country may be shown publicly as part of the total signature count, and only when you have ticked the consent checkbox. If you leave a message, your name, country, and message may appear on the supporter wall after review. No other information is shown publicly or shared with third parties.
